Two product formats in the current record

The existing record identifies an adult pant reference of 700 x 780 mm and a menstrual pant reference of 560 x 620 mm, with customization available. This gives buyers a starting point for discussing format capability. It does not mean every product can share the same tools or settings. Waist circumference, elastic count, core shape, leg opening and side treatment must be frozen SKU by SKU.

Recorded line performance

The same record lists a rejection rate of not more than 4 percent and efficiency of at least 85 percent. Electrical data is 380 V, 50 Hz with a listed capacity of 400 kW, and compressed-air pressure is 0.6 to 0.8 MPa. Each value needs an agreed test definition because product size, material elasticity and packaging scope can change the operating result.

Waist, elastic and web-control priorities

The material set includes hydrophilic and hydrophobic nonwoven, leg-cuff elastic, acquisition distribution layer, fluff pulp, SAP, tissue or core-wrap nonwoven, PE film, inner and outer waist nonwoven, waist elastic and adhesive systems. The waist zone combines several elastic and nonwoven layers, making tension consistency a central quality variable.

• Confirm elastic supplier, count, elongation target and relaxation behavior.
• Define the waist laminate width and bonding pattern for every size.
• Use production-grade nonwoven during trials because stretch response varies by material.
• Set clear inspection points for core position, leg opening, side treatment and final fold.

Changeover strategy

A useful changeover plan separates recipe settings from physical change parts. Servo positions, tension values and glue timing may be stored in a recipe, while cutters, forming parts, web guides or folding components may require manual work. Buyers should request a changeover matrix that lists the expected task, tool, inspection point and estimated condition for each SKU transition.

1. Stop and secure. Isolate the relevant sections and protect approved reference points.
2. Install the named change parts. Use a controlled kit for the target product format.
3. Load the approved recipe. Check web widths, elastic paths and adhesive timing before threading.
4. Verify at low speed. Measure waist, core and cut position before increasing output.
5. Release production. Record the accepted sample and settings for repeatability.

Factory preparation and commissioning

A 45 m line requires more than a clear rectangle on the floor plan. Raw-material routes, operator access, glue-system service space, dust handling, electrical cabinets, finished-product discharge and emergency paths all need to be coordinated.
