OEM delivery path
An OEM project for the ULK450 is easier to control when each decision closes with evidence. The milestones below are approval gates, not promised calendar durations. They keep product definition, material selection, machine configuration and factory acceptance in the correct order.
The legacy material schedule includes inner waist nonwoven, outer waist nonwoven and waist elastic, so the final sample must show how those layers belong in the intended product. Record finished dimensions, core placement, cuff geometry, elastic layout, fold and pack presentation. Do not freeze tooling from the generic title alone.
Release evidence: signed samples and one controlled construction drawing for every planned size.
The recorded inputs are hydrophilic topsheet, hydrophobic leg-cuff nonwoven, leg-cuff elastic, ADL, fluff pulp, SAP, upper and lower tissue or nonwoven, PE film, inner and outer waist nonwovens, waist elastic, construction glue, elastic glue and wetness-indicator glue. For OEM engineering, each item needs supplier, grade, width, winding direction and trial quantity.
Release evidence: approved material register with allowed substitutes identified separately.

The same record lists 380 V, 50 Hz power, 0.6-0.8 MPa air, 85 tons machine weight, rejection of no more than 3% and efficiency of at least 85%. HAINA and the buyer should translate these references into a signed layout, utility schedule, foundation data and acceptance formula.

Which settings are recipe-based, which parts change mechanically and which optional modules belong in the contract.
Run the approved product with recorded material lots. Compare the 400 ppm stable reference only under the written trial condition. Measure finished product, classify rejects, log stops and retain samples after start-up, material joins and restarts. The 450 ppm design value should remain visibly separate from accepted saleable output.
Release evidence: timed-run report, reject summary, measurements, samples and open-item list.
Before shipment or final handover, reconcile the machine drawing with the destination floor, electrical supply, compressed air, material routes and lifting plan. The training pack should identify normal operation, recipe control, cleaning, inspection points, alarm response and maintenance responsibilities. Final documentation must record the configuration actually tested, not an earlier quotation revision.
