Adult diaper size and core planning

The existing product record lists M at 680 x 450 mm, L at 800 x 650 mm and XL at 950 x 760 mm, with customization available. These values should be treated as the present reference, not as a substitute for the buyer's final drawing. A larger product can require different web widths, elastic lengths, core distribution and folding geometry, so every intended SKU should appear in the technical agreement.

Material path and fastening system

The recorded structure covers hydrophilic and hydrophobic nonwoven, acquisition distribution layer, fluff pulp, SAP, tissue or nonwoven core wrap, PE backsheet film, laminated nonwoven, frontal tape, side tape, waistband material and elastic components. Construction and elastic adhesives bind the layers. The side-tape and frontal-tape combination should be tested together because peel force, placement and web stiffness affect both machine settings and consumer use.

• Document each roll width, maximum diameter, paper-core size and winding direction.
• Specify the target core weight and distribution for each adult diaper size.
• Confirm tape placement tolerance and the required fold after final cutting.
• Agree whether the downstream scope ends at product discharge, stacking or sealed bags.

Packaging and line balance

The existing CK450 content refers to pack counts in the 8 to 16 piece range and identifies an automatic stacker as an option. A buyer should not assume one transfer arrangement fits every count. Larger adult diapers create more volume per pack, while compression limits may be set by the product design and bag presentation. The stacker, buffer and bagger need a common rate model.

Maintenance access and stable running

The listed machine weight is about 90 tonnes. The factory plan should reserve safe access around core forming, glue units, cutters, drive sections and electrical cabinets. Stable operation depends on clean sensors, controlled dust, sharp cutting tools, calibrated tension devices and a repeatable inspection schedule.
